The house has a living room - dining area with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and free toiletries and a large furnished terrace. The property offers free WiFi, free private parking, barbecue facilities and a fireplace.The homestead has a wood-fired sauna for an additional fee. 
We offer our guests tranquillity, birdsong and exceptional privacy on a large, landscaped property in the Labanoras Regional Park. We welcome guests who appreciate the beauty of fragile nature and who care about sustainability and ecology. Therefore, the property is not rented out for large, loud parties.

Vasaros sezono metu sodyba išnuomojama ne trumpesniam laikotarpiui nei 3 naktys, ne sezono metu - ne trumpesniam laikotarpiui nei 2 naktys. Maksimalus svečių (suaugusių ir vaikų) skaičius 8 žmonės. Sodyba nuomojama tik vienai svečių grupei, todėl garantuojam išskirtinį privatumą - Jūsų viešnagės metu, sodybos teritorijoje pašalinių žmonių nebus. Rezervuojant sodybą, svečių prašome iš anksto pervesti depozitą 150 eur, kuris grąžinamas, išvykus. Pirtį galima išsinuomoti už papildomą mokestį. Minimalus užsakančio asmens amžius - nuo 25 metų. Naminiams gyvūnams reikia savininko leidimo, gali būti taikomas papildomas mokestis. Sodyboje draudžiama rengti triukšmingus vakarėlius, mergvakarius, bernvakarius ir pan.
